Join a one day beginners and improvers workshop and discover how to change unconscious tension and posture habits that can be the cause of many of your ongoing physical problems. Enjoy the benefits of taking your foot off the tension accelerator for a while!

Everyone will have plenty of individual work with Caroline as well as discussion and other activities with members of the group.
