It doesn’t matter if you’ve never meditated before or you already have a practice, this meditation course will demonstrate the transformative power of your heart.

Heart Centred Meditation is an easily learned but profound meditation practice. You’ll learn element breathing practices and discover how to use the practices to calm your thoughts and alleviate stress during these challenging times. 

Your heart has the power to change your life.  Problems look different when viewed from the heart; relationships transform when led by the heart; situations that block the mind are navigated easily by the heart. 

 Caroline’s introduction to heart rhythm meditation was very enjoyable. I  appreciated the pace of the classes and Caroline’s friendly and attentive  guidance throughout. I intend to continue learning!

Take Home:
An audio recording of the meditation each week, so you can practice on your own after the session.
A simple, reflective practice to focus your mind during the coming week.

Caroline is an experienced teacher of Heart Centred Meditation and has guided many individual and group classes during the past 20 years.  She qualified as an Alexander Teacher in 2001 and has practices in North London and Devon.  Heart Centred Practice and Alexander Technique are  intimately entwined and each informs the essence and teaching of the other.
