FIVE STEPS TO ENERGISE THE POWER OF YOUR HEART

Life is constantly encouraging us to energise each of the 5 different dimensions of our hearts by presenting challenges that can be overcome by activating one particular dimension together with its own distinct qualities.

The Level II HRP programme will use 5 steps to help you energise the power and direction of your heart to help you overcome your most important current challenge.

Intention:  Clarify the challenge you are currently being presented with so that you can apply the practices directly to that challenge

Attention:  Focusing on your heart in meditation will enable you to identify clearly which dimension you are being invited to energise to resolve the difficulty

Inspiration:  Using a conscious and rightly directed breath  creates the energy and focus needed to reach the intended goal

Position:  Position is more than a physical state. How you position yourself in your life and in the wider world depends on how you view yourself and others.  When you view yourself from your heart’s perspective your life becomes radically different.

Sensation:  Having the ability to consciously sense the rhythm of your pulse or heartbeat at any time allows you to recognise previously unconscious emotional states and enables you to change them appropriately to best serve existing conditions.

 

A variety of Heart Rhythm Practice meditations, discussions and observation of the effects  in your life and relationships will help you first to identify and then to energise the heart’s dimension you are being invited to work with in order to understand how best to resolve your current challenge.
