MEDITATION PROGRAMME FOR AT TEACHERS
Heart Rhythm Practice
Tuesdays: Jan 18 – 29 Mar 2022
10 sessions: 1 week half term
Heart Rhythm Practice is an easily learned, practical meditation.
Your heart has the power to change your life. Problems look different when viewed from the heart; difficult relationships transform when led by the heart; situations that block the mind are navigated easily by the heart.
“As a nearly newcomer to meditation and with some prejudice about it, I learned to appreciate it for the first time.”
Heart Rhythm Meditation does not remove you from life – it puts you slap bang in the middle of it – but with a new way of seeing things.
Which heart quality will support your current efforts?
Heart Rhythm Practice is a practical meditation aimed at cultivating and integrating the powerful qualities of your heart so that they can operate in your relationships, your work and your life.
“It’s like a refuge; joining a deep heart pool”
The practices are simple, yet profound, using the body’s natural rhythms to bring clarity to the mind and stability from the heart. We can become energised, creative, inspired, clear, insightful and filled with peace.
“My heart arrythmia stopped after the first session and has not returned”

Caroline Dale: I am a certified Heart Rhythm Practice teacher and have guided many individual and group classes and programmes. I qualified as an Alexander Teacher in 2001 and have a full time practice in North London. Both disciplines I practice are so intimately entwined that each informs the essence and teaching of the other. My summary is: we become what we teach.
